  • Anywhere! Between our team, we have explored many different parts of the world (and each has our specialist areas) but we also work with a global network of suppliers who are on-the-ground experts.

  • Send us an email or give us a call and we will arrange an initial phone consultation to discuss your needs. We want to know where you would like to go, who you are going with, what is important to you and anything else important we need to know.

  • We only charge planning fees for more complex itineraries and even then if you go ahead with the booking these will be reimbursed.

  • In short, no! It can often be cheaper as we have access to the best rates and we almost definitely have better perks included than whatever you can see online. People often ask how we make our money. We gain commissions from the hotels and other suppliers that we use to arrange your trip. This isn’t an extra charge for you as a client as it comes straight from the hotels.

  • Yes! We have an in-house flights team. We are also more than happy to work with clients who have already booked their own flights or want to use air miles to make flight bookings.

  • Unless you’re paying, the hotel direct payment is all taken through secure payment systems via 360 Private Travel. We accept bank transfers, debit cards and credit card payments. You can rest assured that your money is safe.

  • Once your booking is confirmed and you have your confirmation documents, we’ll be on hand for any questions you may have. A few weeks before you travel, we’ll be in touch to make any final arrangements and share any final documents. When you travel, we’ll check you in for your flights and be available 24/7 during your trip for anything you might need.
